Here you will learn about “How it all works” and the many benefits of joining as a valued Entertainer, Entertainment Professional, Actor or Client looking to book & manage entertainers with the exclusive Pay Deposit feature to book and secure any of our talented entertainers.
Registering is as simple as entering your email address & password on the Registration Page.  

Firstly, you will select what user type you are (there are 2 types);  

 

1.       Get Your Business Listed by selecting your Entertainment Service Type to start promoting your business immediately and will also give you full access to place Promotional, Audition or Courses Ads for 12 months

 

2.       A New Client to book entertainers and to place Promotional, Audition or Courses Ads.  Or by Businesses who just only want to feature in the Box Office or Casting Call Arena for a very short time frame of 1 – 3 months.  


How it Works? 

 

1.   How to Get your Entertainment Business Listed  

 

a.      For Entertainers, Industry Professionals, Agents & Venues


1.       Select the Entertainment Industry type that best suits your business from the list on Registration Page


2.       Complete all the fields you wish to complete now to get your business listed and press the submit button.  Note: Fields you may not have completed or left blank (unless they are compulsory fields) during this process can be done at a later stage after you have successfully completed registration including payment.


3.       The next page that displays is the 2nd stage of Registering. Here you get to pick one of 3 different package types. Gold, Silver or Bronze.  It displays the benefits, features and cost for each 12 month package.


4.       Next you will be directed to paypal to make a secure online payment with a variety of payment methods including all major credit cards or your paypal account.


5.       Registering with the Entertainment Agency is complete, It’s that Easy!  


Now that you have successfully registered, you can complete your professional entertainment media kit.  


In 24 – 48 hours you will be walking on The Red Carpet on our front page, (well at least your profile pic will be) with a direct link to your professional Entertainment Media profile, so let’s start your backstage tour!  

 

 

Logging in is as simple as entering your email address & initial registration password at www.entertainmentagency.com.au


After Logging in you will see on the right hand side a Welcome banner. Underneath this is your profile management section, which enables you to control, access and update your information as often and whenever you like.


Your profile management section is made up of 5 sections

2.      My Promotional Ads

4.      My Courses Ads

1.      The “My Profile” link - This is where you enter and edit information, upload and change photo’s, audio & video  


2.      The “My Promotional Ads” Link  - This is where you become your own promotions manager in a dynamic way, to bring your brand and business to a seated, captive, target audience. You will be able to strategically manage your own advertisements on the website in accordance to your objectives.  Be it to build your brand, In the Spotlight or to create promotional advertisements to market an upcoming event, concert or seminar in the What’s On, Where arena in the Box Office.  


3.      The “My Auditions Ads” Link - This is where create a casting call for a job in the many vast areas of the entertainment industry that you need to fulfil.  This could be for a very specific entertainer or an entertainment industry professional that you are seeking for private or commercial purposes.  

 


4.      The “My Courses” Link - This is where you promote your professional Workshops, Courses & Seminars directly to a captive, target audience who may be looking to enhance their skills.


5.      The “Log Out” Link - This is where you end your session.

Additionally, on your client profile page there is aPay Depositbutton.


Use the Pay Depositfeature to book and secure any of our talented entertainers.


After you have paid your deposit you will be entitled to receive the following benefits.

·         Secure payment system in which you will immediately receive a receipt confirming your deposit and booking.  


·         Ability to post an entertainer review after your event.


·         Your own per sonal entertainment agent should you require help with the booked entertainer leading up to and after the event.

 

·         Peace of mind with our systemized approach that clearly establishes booking dates, times and entertainment type.


·         Our unique no show/cancellation policy that ensures in the unlikely event your booked talent has to cancel do to unforeseen circumstances, that your entertainment agent will endeavour to find a replacement act for your event or your full deposit refunded if no replacement is available.
